Saturday (once a month)        9 am to 4 pm

We are available for after hour emergencies. Calling the office will give you a pager number where Dr. Carl can be reached. 

  As a courtesy to our patients, we confirm all appointment in advance. If we are unable to reach you, we ask that you call to confirm. In the event that it is necessary for you to change an appointment, we require 48 hours notice. This will allow time for another patient to receive care.

From I-66:
From I-66, take Exit 57 B – West (Rte. 50). Pass the exit for Fair Oaks Mall and then take the South exit for West Ox Road (Rte. 608). At the 3rd stoplight turn left onto Monument Drive. At the 4th stoplight, turn left onto Fairfax Corner Avenue. P.F. Chang’s China Bistro and Rio Grande Café flank the entrance.

From the Fairfax County Parkway (Rte. 7100):
Turn East onto Fair Lakes Parkway, heading towards Fair Oaks Mall. At the 3rd stoplight, turn right onto Monument Drive. At the 3rd stoplight, turn left onto Fairfax Corner Avenue. P.F. Chang’s China Bistro and Rio Grande Café flank the entrance.
